Structure

1.Pumpcontains two parts:body and motor (with wet rotor).Body containsimpeller,while motor includes stator,rotor,shield cover anddeflating screw.

 

2.Tightness:thepump does not use mechanical seal.Stator and rotor are  sealedwith shield cover made of stainless and two heat-resistant rubberrings,which makes no leakage.

 

3.Lubricationof bearings and cooling of motor by inner circulation of punpedliquid.

Working conditions 

1. Power supply:voltage 230V,frequency50HZ,single-phase AC power.The models listed in the table can alsobe manufactured according to user’s requirement as 230V/60Hz.Curveand performance parameters in this table represent only230V/50Hz.

 

2.Maximum system pressure 1.0PMa.

 

3.Temperatureof environment:0°C~40°C,temperature of pumped liquid:2°C~110°C,except for models with automatic switch(GPD-A).In orderto avoid condensed water in stator make sure that the temperatureof environment is lower than liquidtemperature.  

 

4.Maintain minimum pressure at the pump inlet to avoid cavitation noise and damage on pump bearings.

 

5. Pumpedliquid:thin,clean,non-corrosive and non-explosive,does not containany solid particles,fibers or mineral oil.Pump must not be used fordelivering flammable liquids,such as diesel and gasoline.Deliveringliquid of high viscosity will reduce performance of the pump,sowhile choosing a pump,the viscosity of the pumped liquid must betaken into account.      

Product selection

1.pump of cast iron body is widely used for delivering water of room temperature.

 

2.pump of copper body is largely used in the underground heating system.

 

3.for delivering domestic hot water we recommend using pump of stainless steel body(GDP-N) or copper body(GPD-B)

Name of model is formed of uppercase latin letters and arabic numbers.Its meaning is as following:

Example:GPD32-8SF is three-gear pump with cast-iron pump body and flange connection.Its 

diameter of inlet and outlet is 32 mm,max head is 8 m.

Installation 

The pump must be installed to ensure that the shaft placed in horizontal level.When starting the pump,the 

deflating screw must be removed to let air out to avoid dry running of pump.
